What day should I plan to arrive?
We hope you can have an extended vacay around our wedding day Sat. October 12th, 2024. Please plan to arrive by Friday 10/11 and please note Monday is a holiday weekend. You can book you room under the Wedding-Travel-Hotel section on the website. Please feel free to stay as early or late as you would like. If you plan on staying outside of reserved group blocked dates. The Group Reservation team can be reached at 1-876-619-1640.

How can I reserve a room at the resort under the wedding party?
Click the booking link sent in the invitation email. You will choose your room type and length of stay to see daily rates for the all-inclusive resort. The system will require a credit card at the time of making their reservation. You will not be charged anything to hold your room. Once this is done a confirmation number is generated. Payment will be automatically taken from your credit card 30 days before arrival. Please inform your bank of the payment so that the payment does not decline.
***IMPORTANT*** If when booking your hotel through our website, the room category and/or reservation dates you are interested in are not available, then please contact Jewel Grande Group Reservations.

How do I attend the wedding if I do not plan to stay at Wedding Resort?
Please note in RSVP if you are not planning to stay at resort. We will make accommodations for you to check-in as a wedding guest and you will receive a daily pass. Please note** Wedding guests not staying are limited to the amount time and amenities the will be able to access at resort.
I have RSVP’D for the wedding and traveling alone, How can I find out if someone is interested in Booking a room to share with me?
Please note in RSVP if you plan to travel solo and interested in someone contacting you to help you find a roommate.
What is the contact for the company the resort partners with to rent wheelchair service or scooters for guests with limited mobility?
Independent Living is the resorts affliate partner.

Does The Jewel Grande have Kids Club and Babysitting Services?
Yes. The resort offers activities and supervised childcare for resort guests. Please call the resort or refer to the their website for more details.
How far in advance can guests reserve dinner reservations for the restaurants on property?
Usually, a week prior to the new week as the restaurant schedule is published then. The Concierge team will be able to assist guests with their dinner reservations.
Do you have any recommendations to any clubs/nightlife and transportation/party bus in Montego Bay?
Pier 1, Margaritaville, Island Strains and Coral Cliff are the local favorites. The resort taxis on site that will be able to assist with transportation.
